After I made an inquiry over the process with the company's customer service, the staff promptly responded to all my inquiries and refunded me (except the fee-for-service which is minimal 10 euro). The whole process was very smooth and direct.The only catch is that the cancellation has to be made 48 hours before the trip -I feel that it could be reduced to 24 hours before the trip-, something to consider maybe in the future...
