    This was the best service I have ever taken by far. Booked in Britain, picked up at the airport in Thessaloniki, Greece. The driver was waiting for us at the airport despite the flight arriving half an hour earlier. The driver was friendly and kind. He made the long drive enjoyable and fun. Even gave us information about the area. It was truly the best way to start our holiday. I would definitely recommend this service to both travelers and families. I will definitely use this service again. Wonderful experience! Thank you.

    My flight to Greece was cancelled and so I had to also cancel my booking for a taxi with the company. After I made an inquiry over the process with the company's customer service, the staff promptly responded to all my inquiries and refunded me (except the fee-for-service which is minimal 10 euro). The whole process was very smooth and direct.The only catch is that the cancellation has to be made 48 hours before the trip -I feel that it could be reduced to 24 hours before the trip-, something to consider maybe in the future. In any case, excellent customer service and communicative skills and understanding of the customer's need. I definitely recommend this company for your bookings.
