Ms M from United KingdomWhen booking the shuttle, I didn't received a transport confirmation booking immediately and a receipt as well. I went to sleep with worries. It was the next day I can retrieve the confirmation. I was really anxious! Also, regarding confirmation about the shuttle picking us at the hotel we got 2 different times - (1) 7.30a.m & (2) 8.30a.m ..We were confused!! But we were ready for whichever time they will be there. (No peace of mind!)
The driver was on time 8-30a.m. Very polite driver. Helps us with our luggage and we have a really smooth journey to the airport.

My driver was excellent! He was so nice and courteous. I have so much to thank him for because he was nice enough to wait until I got in my hotel and when I could not get in my hotel, and I was alone and worried, he was nice enough to drive me to a different and much safer hotel.
