Our Plane was delayed and terminal changed. Our Driver was still there though and appeared quickly when we informed him of our arrival teminal. He was very smart and courteous. The car was extremely comfy and the service was excellent. Would use again when i return to Rome. Thanks

Ms M from United KingdomWhen booking the shuttle, I didn't received a transport confirmation booking immediately and a receipt as well. I went to sleep with worries. It was the next day I can retrieve the confirmation. I was really anxious! Also, regarding confirmation about the shuttle picking us at the hotel we got 2 different times - (1) 7.30a.m & (2) 8.30a.m ..We were confused!! But we were ready for whichever time they will be there. (No peace of mind!)
The driver was on time 8-30a.m. Very polite driver. Helps us with our luggage and we have a really smooth journey to the airport.
