No problems as I knew how to get to the chalet, however French house numbering/post codes system is appalling and is of no help to driver if passenger does not know exact location of destination.

Mr R from United KingdomHOWEVER - left confused about who I booked with. I thought I had booked with Alpline but booking material had various names like Action Transfers/Action Mountain- although Shuttle Direct does appear on the sheet.
Great - we were picked a soon as we came through baggage reclaim by the helpful Anna who tried hard to get us to the door of the chalet and had to put on chains to get away.
On the way back we were collected within a minute of the specified time by a chap with a beard - didn't get his name who drove carefully but swiftly down the mountain to Geneva - great music selection to help the journey along.
We hope to use you again.
