Ms M from United KingdomBooking process wasn't crystal clear and I had to email for advice. Once I had made the booking, I received a receipt via email but no confirmation of the booking. I'd have felt more reassured to have this via email and it was provided quickly when I reuqested it over email.
Driver extremely reliable, punctual, courteous and particularly understanding when one of our children felt sick on the journey. Highly commended!

I would prefer, and I'm sure your customers would also, to one point of contact; when calling the ''local'' office (in France) to make a change, I'm told to call an office in Spain...this seems to be the height of inconvenience. A single point of contact, with a toll free number, Europe wide, would be a boon to your cutomers.
