Driver was at airport on our arrival & dropped us right outside our hotel.
On the day of our departure, the mini bus was there at the exact time they said it would pick us up. Both drivers were polite & helpful. WELL DONE

Hr. M from DenmarkAnkom midt på aftenen, til Korfu, hvor chaufføren ventende med et skilt. Bilen fremstod lidt aldrende/slidt, men han kørte pænt og var flink. På turen retur til lufthavnen, blev vi hentet af en oplagt chauffør, der talte godt engelsk og bilen var en klar opgradering i forhold til udturen. Vi blev hentet til aftalt tid begge steder.

Fr. A from GermanyIch hatte den Shuttle auf Corfu gebucht und war sehr skeptisch. Aber es hat alles super geklappt. Bei der Ankunft hatte ich sogar fast 2h Verspätung, aber der Fahrer hat gewartet. We booked transfers with Shuttle Direct because of their great reputation and on my previous experiences of using their company . Once again I was impressed by their excellent service. It was so easy to book our transfers and get our confirmation vouchers. At Corfu it was very easy to find the location of transfer desk as outlined on the transfer vouchers ( the company was TLT ) and we were greeted by a charming young lady, who explained which coach to get and also gave us a business card with the coach number, telephone number and a QR code on it for the return transfer. She explained that there could be a delay of about 30/40 minutes due further passengers on our coach arriving on later flights. When the coach was full we had a very pleasant drive of about 30 minutes to Ypsos, where the driver dropped us off on the main road and pointed out the little lane to our apartment. About 36 hours before our due return pick-up we received a text giving us a pick-up time of 08.20. So we had no need to ring their office to confirm, which was a great help . About 12 hours later, we received a message from Shuttle direct , also confirming the same pick-up time. We were at the pick-up point about 10 minutes before the allotted time, because we would not want to delay any of the passengers on the coach. The coach arrived almost to the exact minute of the allotted time. After a 40 minutes drive we arrived at the airport ( the journey was slightly longer due to rush hour traffic) about 9.10. That gave us 2.5 hours to check in, clear all security and get a drink and a snack. I THINK THE SERVICE BY SHUTTLE DIRECT ( and TLT ) WAS EXCELLENT. I AM SURE NOBODY COULD HAVE GIVEN US BETTER SERVICE. I am looking forward to booking more transfers in the near future. Thanks again for giving our holiday a great start and finish.

We are very impressed and happy with the cost of it as well. Only feedback would be better air-conditioning on one of the buses.
