The driver loaded our cases for us, and was very professional. They dropped off others at their hotels, but that didn't take long.
The driver dropped us near our apartment in the centre of Kassiopi.
For the return trip, the company sent me an email a couple of days beforehand, specifying the pick-up location and time.
It all went very smoothly, and I would use them again. It cost about €10 per person each way.

Hr. M from GermanySehr freundliches Personal. Kein unnötiges Warten bei Ankunft. Sehr gut fanden wir auch die Benachrichtigeung 2 Tage vor Abreise per E-Mail über die Abholzeit. Das Einzige, was wir nicht so gut fanden, war das zu zeitige Abholen vom Hotel. Wir waren 3 Stunden vor Abflug am Flughafen, 2 Stunden wäre auch ok gewesen. So hätten wir noch eine Stunde unser wunderschönes Hotel genießen können. Aber vielleicht hat es sich nicht anders planen lassen und meckern auf höchsten Niveau. Wir waren mit dem Shuttle vollstens zu frieden und würden hier auch wieder buchen. Preis- Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.

On airport driver waiting with our name and drive us to the hotel. On the way back, driver was at time,helping with baggage, show us departure door,very kindly and friendly. So Im recommending,no issues,no problems.

Didn't need to do this for Lanzarote but someone in resort did let us know in time and reception were great in sorting it. Will definitely use them again. Straight forward booking on line
