It would be helpful if the company put the correct time of collection on the voucher...e.g. our voucher said 10.05 so I assumed that meant local time.. indeed it did not. Therefore had you said 10.05 (Portuguese time) we would have known not to expect you at our local time of 10.05, but instead at 11.05 because of the time difference.. Knowing this time difference would have reduced the anxiety experienced, as we assumed the taxi was late!
