The only advice would be to buy a ticket before you leave home rather than trying to do it just before you need it!

Website isn't the easiest to navigate on mobile, especially when trying to get a pick up time as if forces the pick up time based on flight time. 1468049341 - Their was no one to meet us at the airport, and the instructions in the voucher are not correct and you have to go outside of the airport to find the Greenbus stand which is very poorly signposted with the shuttlebus sign. However once we found it after asking other transfer companies, the driver was great. 1470426888 - excellent.
