Schijnbaar hadden ze het verkeerde adres. Op de heenreis was dat niet zon probleem. Maar daarna was het niet doorgegeven. Dus voor de terugreis stonden ze bij het verkeerde adres op mij te wachten. Waardoor ik uiteindelijk een uur voordat m'n vliegtuig vertrok pas op de luchthaven was. Heb het vliegtuig nog _net_ gehaald.

What was heartening was also knowing how seriously George took the customer service - keeping his next transfer fully informed of a delay and engaging the control office to assist. It was clear (from overhearing the conversation) that the pick up people were extremely anxious but George kept them informed, kept them calm and really went above and beyond. It was very very reassuring to us.

The company went above and beyond to get me on the transfer at short notice. The driver was knowledgable, safe in very poor driving conditions and made sure I could get into the hotel at 1 am. My only criticism is it was difficult to find the transfer driver

Driver waiting for us when we arrived, polite and efficient, transfer uneventful. Driver reassured us that he knew the route and inspired confidence in his ability to safely transport us. Renault 9 seat vans are basic but reasonably quiet and comfortable.

Our luggage was left behind so we waited a long time at Geneva to get through to the meeting point - nonetheless, the driver was still there and didn't complain even though it meant he would have trouble getting to his next rendezvous on time. Friendly and courteous service both ways.
