Ms K from United KingdomAfter purchasing our transfer tickets I received an email that the address I'd given wasn't complete. On resending the address I was told the nearest drop off point was an 8minute walk away and was offered a refund if this didn't suit. We didn't have a lot of luggage so didn't mind the walk but it was good to be given the option to change.
I was very happy with the service. Met at the airport and clear directions given as to where to get the bus. The only issue is I had to call to get our pick-up time for the journey back as we never received an email 48hours before as advised. However the girl on the phone was really helpful. I'd recommend this service and would use it again.
