The driver was on time, made it to the airport with plenty of time to spare even through the London traffic. I definitely recommend this service, especially as a way of taking unnecessary stress out of travel.

I didn't hear back and it all worked out. Maybe a simple text the day before would be nice to get. They do that with the airport transfer here in the US. Peace of mind I guess.
