In Cyprus at Larnaca airport, unfortunately, I had to use the help of a local taxi driver who helped me find a door without a company name. From which, after a phone call, a representative came out and directed him to the parking lot where buses to their destination are parked.
The return journey was all correct and they promptly informed us when they would arrive.

When shuttle direct couldn’t contact me at the resort to confirm the pick up because my phone was switched off, they called the hotel and a note was left for me instead. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will use them again.
