    I have used Shuttle Direct several times and have always been impressed with the high level of service. Our flight into Nice was late but despite this our driver Giuseppe kept us informed that he was still waiting for us. The journey to and from the airport was hassle free. On the return Giuseppe again was early and got us to the airport in plenty of time.

    Our driver waited with the name sign as we arrived. Took us to the van which was very nice and clean! He spoke perfect English and also did some guiding along our short trip from Nice airport to Villefranche-sur-Mer!
    So thank you Shuttle Direct and especially a big thank you to our driver/guide Francesc-Xavier!

    This service was booked for my daughter's trip; she was delayed at the airport, so I called ahead to let them know; the gentleman I spoke to was very reassuring already had the information and would be tracking the flight. When her flight finally took off 5 hours later, I called again to let them know and again, the same gentleman reassured me that all was fine and that my daughter would be picked up as planned.
