    I would say that this service is comparable to the Uber black in the states, in terms of service, and comparable to Uber comfort, in terms of cost value. I have saved this to my contacts, as this will be the only transfer service I use when I return to Europe. As a 1st time visitor, I wanted a reputable company with a reasonable cost value and reliability rating. I would say that my experience adds to this reputation. They notified me a day ahead of my arrival, reassuring me that I would be met by the professional service provider scheduled. When I landed I received a text followed shortly thereafter by a call letting me know they were there and providing instructions for me to call them once I’d cleared customs and retrieved my luggage. I was met at the door and my luggage was whisked way to the awaiting vehicle. The ride was pleasant and the driver was courteous and professional, even offering a bit of Switzerland on the way in the form a “Ricola”.

    Patrick Hymel did not use the service the driver was 20 minute late and on the wrong exit Since the driver was to take Dr Hymel to a Swiss hotel, he was standing at the Swiss exit. the driver was on the French side.

    I was the second pick up today. I stood at the Swiss side and waited fro 30 minutes. there were other drivers with sign. Finally your driver came into the lobby and said he was waiting outside. He was friendly but I don't think he was outside waiting for me. If he really was outside, he was in error as my directions said the driver would be waiting with a sign (there were many other drivers from other companies.)
