Introduced himself and kept me informed that he would be there in minutes, which he was with a big welcoming smile. A very courteous gent who gave information about the area, hotel etc en route to my chosen hotel. My return driver was very nice too (sorry can’t remember his name)

J da United Kingdomour flight was delayed but the driver was there and called me to say so as we came through the airport, so I was reassured our ride was going to be there. And on the return we had a call in advance and so knew the exact time and location for our drive back. And was in a Merc :-)
