    Our train arrived on time at Roma Termini and we immediately proceeded to the assigned pick-up point at Via Marsala. To our amazement, our driver was there waiting for us with a sign with my name on it. He immediately loaded all seven of our bags (some that were very heavy) and proceeded directly to our hotel, using MUCH skill to drive through the Rome traffic with ease. At our hotel drop off, he offloaded our luggage with ease as well, providing very professional service. All in all, we pre-reserved Direct Shuttle business vans for four persons and seven bags (extra bags charges) three times while traveling in Italy (from either the airport or train stations to our hotels) and experienced GREAT on time customer service. Additionally, I would highly recommend ordering the bigger van or a business van (with the extra bags charge) if you have four persons or more - many of the standard vehicles will not accommodate more than three passengers or more than four total bags.

    Working with them was great. I had put the wrong date in the reservation by accident and they fixed it right away and like clockwork the driver was there for us.

    Driver was polite and helpful-once we found him! We were expecting someone to meet us at the train arrivals and waited 15 mins. When no one came, we realized we had a text saying that he would meet us at a location outside the train station, about 5 mins walk ( 10 for those of us with large suitcases,) it took us awhile to figure out where the location was. We recognize that parking is a big issue in Rome however.. Even if we had to walk a bit, it would have been much more helpful if at the driver at least met us at the train arrival point with a sign and then walked with us to the van, especially since the actual distance to our hotel was quite short. First time I have been disappointed in the Shuttle Direct service.
