Despite a management error in sending a car that could not fit in four cases, which we stipulated when the booking was made, the meeting us driver immediately upon seeing us made calls and arranged for an additional car to transport another two people. He was most apologetic. We arrived at our destination safely and thought that the driving was responsible and safe!
