Ms R from AustraliaI was not able to originally book unless my time was 24hours ahead so I booked a transfer for 945 pm knowing that I would be landing at 645pm. When the time came and I landed I didn't realise that the company would be waiting at 645 so I missed the driver when he came, believing I would be picked up at 945pm. You need to make it clear after the booking process which time you intend to pick customers up. I had assumed because initially I couldn't put in my flight landing time that the taxi would pick me up at the time I had to put in (945pm). They must have realised from my flight number that the plane landed at 645 and so that was the time they were there.
Even though I missed the initial pick up they were kind enough to come back and put me in a different shuttle when I realised the mistake and called at 830pm.
