According to the booking confirmation, we were expecting a driver to meet us at the airport holding a sign with our name. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Instead, we received a photo of a sign labeled "B2," which caused confusion. We were left searching without clear direction.
Thankfully, several kind taxi drivers at the airport went out of their way to help us. One of them even called Bizim Transfer twice to locate our driver. Eventually, another helpful driver managed to find the correct contact and guided us to the right vehicle. We are very grateful for their assistance.
Once we found our taxi, the driver was polite and helped us with our luggage. The return journey was much smoother—Bizim Transfer arrived on time and again assisted us with our bags. We truly appreciated their punctuality and professionalism on the way back.
In summary, while the arrival experience could have been better organized, we are thankful for the helpful local drivers and the courteous service provided by Bizim Transfer during the rest of our trip.

The Shuttledirect representative was not waiting at the Domestic Arrivals hall. We had to pay for a taxi to hotel. I emailed the company to ensure we would get picked up from hotel to Airport which they did. So they were good 50%.
