Down loaded invoice should make clear that at Dalaman airport you need to proceed to shuttle direct booth,outside airport ,to be allocated a drive, but other than that a very good transfer.

Despite poor reviews, I could not fault this service. Picked me up on time from my hotel and was a really friendly driver. Only comment would be that the form said there would be a board with my name on upon arrival into Dalaman- this was not the case but there is infact a stall with a small shuttle direct logo who sorted out my driver.

Slightly chaotic at the airport but I found my driver fairly easily. I was expecting a bus but it was actually a car. We had to wait for about 15 minutes while the driver searched for his other two passengers, but it worked well enough and I cannot complain, as it was a very affordable transfer, given that the Kas is a two-hour drive from the airport.

it would have been helpful to know the desk number to go to if there was an issue. awe had to call the emergency number to get assistance. If the sub company's name was on the voucher it would have helped to reduce my stress levels.

Good transfer with very few problems. From a safety perspective on the way to the resort the driver was driving dangerously fast. The only other hiccup was a difficulty in finding my hotel. The return transfer and pick-up times were all good.

Driver spoke little english
He was falling asleep so we had to have him stop for a break before he killed us all
He had a passenger - lovely girl who did speak english - but she basically got a free ride from Dalaman to her town which was around 30 minutes before Kas.

On my arrival at Dalaman airport, there was nobody waiting with a sign with my name on. I had difficulty finding my driver - I think he was late. It was panicky for me as I was travelling on my own and I don't speak Turkish.
Good drivers and great cars. but slightly confusing that I had a change of driver from Kalkan to Kas and from Kas to Kalkan.
Really inconvenient that my return transfer time was only given to me 24 hours before my flight. This was panicky too and spoilt my holiday a bit, as I couldn't relax - I was worried that the transfer company would forget my reservation.
