Mr A from United KingdomBecause we were staying at a private address in Alportel I had to send driver directions to the booking office and although no confirmation of receipt was sent to me the instructions were eventually used by the driver.
At Faro airport the Shuttledirect driver quickly collected us and found our destination without any problems. On the return journey to the airport the driver collected us in good time. Both drivers were polite and helpful and efficient.

Poor service on arrival to Faro airport, we waited more then an hour for a driver to take us to the hotel, only 25 minutes from Faro.

driver didn't know my hotel was. so i used my cell phone for expensive international call to the hotel to find location. buy the way, my hotel was 4 star hotel. not apartment. he should know this hotel location.
airport staff made me wait 25min.
i never want to use this service again and i don't recommend for any traveler.
