Greenbus were easy to find once myself and my partner landed. We waited for about 40 mins before a bus collected us (with 6 other people). Bus had aircon and was comfortable. The journey to Praia da Rocha took longer than expected because there was a motorbike race on the main road so we took an alternative route. The bus driver was very friendly and I appreciated how he helped us with our luggage. He dropped us right at the apartment. On our return journey, we were collected a few minutes earlier than expected ( we had to check in 48 hours prior online which was straightforward) and got dropped to the airport in great time and even had time to check out the shops at the airport!

We were taken to Praia do rocha from faro airport am also collected on the return journey from our weeks stay. Both drivers were friendly and on time and provided a great service . Would use again for sure

Arrived at the hotel and back to the airport safe and sound. I would highly recommend shuttle direct and will definitely book a shuttle with them again in the future.

The service was provided by Greenbus in Portugal and was excellent in both directions. Even with the difficulties the staff are contending with during Faro airport's building works, they had a rep to meet us as we arrived who directed us to the little desk outside. Instantly reassured to find our name on the list we were sent off in a very comfortable people carrier style vehicle making our night time transfer much quicker with so few stops and a chance for the kids to have a sleep! The coach transfer back to Faro was equally efficient, comfortable and value for money. Both journeys were bang on time, comfortable and great value.

On arrival at Faro Airport , the booking in desk was well signed and easy to find .
The girl at your desk took all my travel vouchers for both journeys , I tried to explain to her I needed the voucher for the return journey , it was difficult for her to understand me speaking English . Eventually the voucher was returned to me !!!
We were asked to wait near the desk with a large group of people , all going to different destinations . Nobody really knew what was happening , or how long we were to wait , this could have been a lot better organised . The return trip was problem free . We were picked up on time and the driver and mini bus was excellent .
