We vinden de afhaaltijd bij de terugvlucht veel te vroeg. We zitten minstens 1 uur te lang op Faro. De snelweg is nooit druk dus geen oponthoud.
Dit zou voor ons een rede kunnen zijn om een alternatief te zoeken.
Maar voorlopig accepteren we dit. Wij zouden wel de betalings mogelijkheden graag verruimd willen zien zodat we ook per bank vanuit Nederland kunnen betalen. Wij reizen meerdere malen per jaar naar Portugal.

we had no idea where our apartment was , nor did the driver, but on giving him the phone number of the apartment owner, he found out where exactly it was and so we arrived safely. big up to the driver. well done.

We had a private transfer from airport, but was asked to wait for other passengers, After waiting 15 minutes, and nothing happend, I had to contact the transfer desk again,and they discovered the mistake, and called the driver. We had travelled the whole day, tired and this was at midtnight, so we did not like the misunderstanding from your staff. But the transfer in itself was excellent both ways, nice drivers.

Hr R from GermanyAn den Transfers selber war nichts auszusetzen. Diese haben gut geklappt. Allerdings hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass die Abholzeit für die Rückfahrt einfacher zu erfahren gewesen wäre. Dazu hätte ich mir den Erhalt einer E-Mail mit der Abfahrtzeit gewünscht. Da ich die Abfahrtzeit auch Online nicht abrufen konnte, musste ich diese telefonisch erfragen, was Kosten verursacht hat, weil ich mein deutsches Mobiltelefon dazu benutzen musste. Trotzdem empfehle ich Shuttle Direct weiter!
