Da sie nicht da war, wartete er nicht einfach, er telefonierte, suchte die Umgebung ab - und fand sie schließlich. Wenig später war wieder ein Fahrgast nicht rechtzeitig am Abholplatz. Wieder versuchte er alles und fand auch sie. Der Mann hat ein großes Lob verdient

When we arrived there was a mix up and they had to quickly organise alternative transport which they did very efficiently and the customer service provided by the driver was fantastic, mistakes are made but it's how you rectify them is how you are rated, top marks!!
