Mijn vlucht was een uur vertraagd, maar aangekomen op vliegveld hoefde ik niet lang te wachten.

We had to wait 1h30 in total, every time we were picking up someone, we were like half an hour in advance. Way too long, paid quite a lot for this transfer and i had to get up at 3h30 in the morning for a flight in late morning. Unacceptable, you should have more shuttles...

Dhr. R from BelgiumServicescore : Gemengde gevoelens: de uitvoering van de trips waren uitstekend. De chauffeurs waren op tijd op de bestemming, enkel bij het heengaan waren er vragen waar ze exact moesten zijn. Maar de administratieve organisatie moet beter. Via de website kan je zogezegd inloggen om je boeking te bekijken en een voucher af te printen. Dit werkt van geen kanten, men kon inloggen maar de voucher kreeg men niet open en de gegevens waren onvolledig en men kon zelf niks aanpassen. Verder vroeg men ons ook 2 dagen voor de terugreis contact op te nemen met de lokale afdeling om het vertrekuur te bevestigen. Op beide Portugese telefoonnummers kon men niet terecht (1 maakte geen verbinding, de ander kreeg men direct voice-mail (in het portugees, geen Engels/Frans/Duits/...)). Ook de website die men opgaf waar men zogezegd kon inloggen (van de maatschappij Greenbus) werkte niet, daar kon ik niet op inloggen. Ik heb via het Spaanse hoofdkantoor contact moeten opnemen om zo de bevestiging van het vertrekuur door te kunnen geven.
