Hr T from SwitzerlandThe shuttle service was very good. The drivers were there on time and brought me directly to my hotel in Tel Aviv (and to the correct terminal at the airport on my way back). Only one thing should be better: I arrived late at night and didn't found the welcome desk. When I tried the telephone numbers on the voucher, I didn't reach anyone (also not on the emergency number).

Taxi driver did not wait and we were left at airport, having lost £60 with an 85 year old man who was feeling poorly.
