Ms D from United KingdomIt was easy enough to book but difficult to cancel. The website would not accept my cancellation and when I rang the office before the advertised closing time, I got a voicemail. When I eventually got through to a member of staff the next day, to request a full cancellation, they were rude and abrupt. Shuttledirect deducted the full amount for the transfer even though i had cancelled the trip. Through my credit card company I was eventually able to reclaim half the amount for the cancelled booking. I would never use this company again.
I cancelled my booking so I cannot rate the actual transfer. However my whole experience with Shuttledirect was poor and I wouldn't use them again.
