As nobody was waiting for us on our arrival, as stated on our voucher, and the emergency line number given on the same voucher was no longer in use, it took me 40 minutes to find out that I had to find somebody (car park warden) on the lower level, outside the building, to call our bus from the remote bus park. Quite a stressing experience when you have a group of 18 teenagers with you ....
Fortunatly, then, our bus driver (who had been waiting since 9.30 am) was very nice, drove smoothly and the bus more than comfortable ... which helped me relax.
