Very good, as we arrived in London very late, our apartment was without a 24 hour help desk, this meant that we had to call up & arrange for a consultant to arrive & "greet" us. Your driver allowed us to call up on his own mobile twice and as we were left waiting alone on a dark street after midnight, he patiently waited with us. This made us feel a lots safer as we were feeling vulnerable at the time.
We weren't expecting him to do this but were very glad that he did. Thank you for a fine job. We couldn't be happier.

Mr M from SpainWe didn´t know that there are two streets with the same name and different Postal Code. The booking website didn´t alert about that. On the other hand, the booking process was easy. You can make it easily on your mobile browser.

Mr M from Canada2 and a half hours to get from airport..to hotel...kept blaming GPS for route....was texting all the way and saying he was ready for sleep. For anyone's first impression of London not good..no history just a long bumpy ride.i had to turn on my own GPS in the end..ee came overnight from Canada but are from Scotland originally but if it was my first impression....not good...we are booked a return drive so we will see if it's any better....

Producto : Tuvimos que esperar más de medía hora en el aeropuerto a que llegara el conductor, esto nos generaba incertidumbre, porque no sabíamos si realmente iba a aparecer alguien. Creo que lo lógico es que el conductor esté esperando a que lleguen los clientes y no al contrario, sobre todo cuando llegas a otro país y además vas con niños.

Sr. M from SpainEstuvo muy mal porque no vinieron a recogernos. Nadie nos llamó, nadie cogía el teléfono. Casi no llegamos al vuelo, fue un desastre y esta compañía no tiene nombre. Es de vergüenza que te cojan el dinero y no se presenten. Ni siquiera a decir que llegan tarde o a una llamada

Sr. M from SpainEstuvimos esperando una hora al conductor y tuvimos que pagar más dinero por entrar tarde en en el hotel. Luego no te dan información y no tiene consideración con las personas que llegan de viaje, les hacen esperar muchísimo
Porque llamaba por teléfono para preguntar por el conductor y no llegaba debido al tráfico. Tráfico no había. Nos dejaron una hora esperando y rompieron nuestros planes. Además no han venido a recogernos y nos hemos tenido que coger un tren

Wir hatten die Abholung für unsere Tochter organisiert, damit diese sicher und bequem im Hotel ankommt. Es war schriftlich zugesichert, dass der Fahrer am Ausgang mit einem Namensschild auf sie wartet. Dieses war leider nicht der Fall. Nach einer gewissen Wartezeit am Terminal 2 in Heathrow (während der Fahrer nicht auftauchte) prüfte unsere Tochter ihren Beleg und sah darauf die Abholung an Terminal 5 vermerkt. In der Hoffnung der Fahrer würde dort eventuell warten, fuhr sie eine halbe Stunde von Terminal 2 nach Terminal 5. Auch dort war allerdings kein Fahrer mit ihrem Namensschild sichtbar. Unsere Tochter organisierte sich dann ein Telefon und kontaktierte den Fahrer. Dieser sagte in sehr schlechtem Englisch er wäre am Terminal 2 und würde dort auf sie warten. Einen genauen Treffpunkt konnte er nicht angeben, wiederholte immer nur "Terminal 2". Also nochmals 30 min zurück zu Terminal 2, wo sie nach einigem Suchen dann den Fahrer endlich fand. Jetzt wollte dieser erstmal die Parkgebühr von 12 britischen Pfund von ihr haben, ehe er sie zum Hotel fahren würde. Sonst würde er sie nicht transportieren (für mich ein klarer Fall von Erpressung). Dieses hat unsere Tochter dann bezahlt, da sie ja zum Hotel wollte und mittlerweile schon 1,5 Stunden Verspätung hatte.
In London dann der nächste Schock: Der Fahrer findet das Hotel nicht! Hat unsere Tochter dann in der Nähe abgesetzt und diese hat sich durchgefragt. Kam mit fast 3 Stunden Verspätung dann völlig aufgelöst am Hotel an. Soviel zu "sicher und bequem" ankommen.
Alles in allem ein absolut schlechter Service und nicht empfehlenswert.
Der Kauf war einfach, aber die erbrachte Leistung war unterirdisch.
