Impressed by being able to find the pick up point and was right on time. Driver was friendly, courteous, and helpful as always with your company and thanks again for choosing a driver who was able to speak English. I found the drive was quite jerky, driver needs to learn how to drive smoothly using two hands on the steering wheel. Nice roomy vehicle.

Although full address of pick was given in original application the full address was not given to the driver nor included on the voucher. We have not had this on previous occasion on pick from the same address. Please review your computer system.
