There was a bit of a language barrier but the drivers were on time, friendly and helpfull and the vehicles were comfortable.

The Driver was the only one in the airport not holding up the sign with my name on, instead chatting to a friend and holding it by his side with the name facing towards his leg, therefore resulting in wasting 25 minutes walking past all the signs many of times until I caught a glimpse of my name on his sheet. From the moment we left the airport the driver was texting, making calls and even taking photos of himself via snapchat. His eyes were rarely on the road which made everyone very anxious. The driver kept playing around with his sat nav and I could see he was having difficulty finding the address for the hotel. He should have researched and prepared for this journey beforehand. I showed him the address of the hotel on the shuttle direct paperwork but he said this wasn't the address and that he will just drop us off somewhere in Praz de lys. If it wasn't for myself directing him to the hotel, all 8 of us would have had a 3.2k trek with luggage to the hotel which I don't find acceptable as we had paid for transfers directly to our hotel.
