Ms B from United KingdomInformed Shuttle Direct would need picking up from a different hotel to the one we got dropped off at, which was subsequently acknowledged by Shuttle Direct by email, However, this information was not communicated to the transfer company as they sent me a text saying they would pick us up at the same hotel as the drop off!

Very efficient service, everything happened on time and was very easy. The drivers were very pleasant and good drivers, and the minibuses were in good condition. I think the short amount of waiting (because it's shared transport) is well worth it for the good value for money.

Lovely friend drivers. who were more than helpful on advising us on places to visit in morzine and showing us the best/quickest way into Morzine centre from our Chalet. Nothing was too much trouble and CJ and his girlfriend( sorry cant remember her name) are a credit to thecompany.

Extremely friendly and courteous driver waiting at the airport for us, who helped passengers with heavy ski equipment and luggage. We were driven right to the door of our chalet which was on a very narrow snow covered access road. On our return we received a clear text message the day before giving us a collection time having regard to our flight time and driving conditions and on the day the chauffer was standing outside the chalet door on time to the minute. This was impeccable service which I would not hesitate to recommend or use again

We had a green hour delay on our flight but your transfer service got us out of the airport within 40 minutes of landing which we thought was excellent. The driver was friendly, careful, as the roads were covered in snow. We were very satisfied.
