On return our car was not quite so luxurious but the driver arrived promptly was polite, helped with the luggage and drove safely.Would definitely use them again

Driver didn't know location of specific hotel within Bruyeres and spoke no English, but was on-time with a card and experience was okay overall. Certainly easier than trying to work out the bus service.

I was happy with this service but was a bit confused on the return leg when the transport was a taxi service. It was absolutely fine but I had concerns that something had got lost in translation and I had ended up taking someone else's taxi all the way to Geneva.
