We used ATS who were fantastic. The driver was about 10 minutes late with the collection from the airport but he contacted us ahead to let us know and when he arrived he was very apologetic. The 10 minutes wasn't a problem anyway. The drivers both to and from the resort were fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating of our needs.

Mr M from United KingdomWas fine but me anything about the process i.e. what time I'd be picked up; if I'd receive an email telling me this; if I'd receive a phone call or text; if I needed to call someone. This was really bad so I called your help person to ask who was very nice and explained.
So, to summerize,

Overall, ok (in between good and poor but this was not an option)
texts were clear and helpful. i recieved a text from shuttle direct and one from mountain transfers. easy smooth process. only negative is that the company has another name (active transfers?) and this makes it confusing. the company should pick one of the names and only use it otherwise it is very confusing and unclear what's going on.
Mr A from United KingdomIt would be helpful to be told at the time of booking (a) that you are only an "agency"; and (b) who the actual transport company is going to be. I had no idea that I was dealing with an agency unitl recipt of a later email.
Very prompt and very efficient service. And great to be taken into Servoz village, rather than being dropped at the railway station.
