Shortest walk I have had to the van at Geneva airport by far (only 1 minute). Best Van - with a panoramic roof. Very safe and careful driver. He even had some water for us.

Bus was clean, Charlie waiting for us, easy to find (previously it has been very difficult to find my driver) and he was very friendly. I will use you again.

It was a difficult day for all yesterday but the driver was very good and we had a good trip though the other pax had been told they would be collected 2 hours later, but he got them sorted. I've traveled with Shuttle Direct a few times and they've always been very good and pleasant to deal with.

Airport pickup OK to find, but long walk to minibus.
Return transfer picked up on time and good journey.
Mr m from United KingdomEasy to use. Slightly confusing when different number of people are included in each leg of the trip. It should be made clear in the condition of booking that the transport of ski equipment is included in the transfer which presently is not documented.
In the return trip, there was a rescheduling of our pick up time which was 1/2 hour later but unfortunately we were not informed. Otherwise it was fine.

Arrive in airport at 7:30 and didn't leave until 10:30 - unacceptable to wait this long and ended up not being able to ski that day in the end as not in resort until 12:30. Usually get their at least 2 hours earlier. Will not be using you again

Had to leave my resort at 16.30 for a 21.30 flight. The person on the phone said it was because of snow ... Seems a funny explanation as there wasn't that much snow at all. The drivers were very good and everything was punctual - but i'm not sure it was necessary to leave this early.
