The taxi drivers were most helpful as one of our party was disabled. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Will use again in the future.

The only minor issue we had was that the printed voucher does not list the booking number that we needed to log into the booking. Also, it was no easy way to let the actual transport company know that we were delayed. You have to call them directly and speak to the dispatcher. Shuttle Direct does not have 24h customer service.
The flight was seriously delayed, but they were waiting when the plane arrived, and according to my wife everything was perfect with the car, driver and driving.
