First rate service, the instructions given were accurate, making it easy to find their airport office. The drivers for both journeys were polite and friendly. The vehicles were spotless and new.
They had already arranged a pick up time based on my homeward flight times meaning I did not need to ring up.

Ma consideriamo accettabile quest'attesa. Nel viaggio dall'hotel all'aeroporto abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare l'orario a causa dell'annullamento ( comunicatoci il giorno prima! ) del nostro volo Vueling. Gli addetti di Shuttle Direct hanno modificato l'orario in base al volo sostitutivo dimostrando efficienza e cortesia. Siamo molto soddisfatti del servizio.

Sometimes we have a mini bus as there are 5 or 7 of us and on 2 occasions we have had a 42 seater coach, so there is always plenty of room.
