Mr M from PortugalThere wasn’t no experience at all. The Shuttledirect service never hapen. Last sunday at 00:15 am we had a shutle service reservation but in that moment no one was waitting for us. We contacted the transport company and we were informed that wouldn’t be anyone because there wasn’t any reservation and that we could ask for a taxi payed back by the company. Also we were adviced to reclaim about what hapen as we did. Yesterday we call again and they told us that this wasn’t as easy as they told us and that we should e-mail them again. We have to wait 28 days to find out if they will pay us what they promise us. For all of this we don’t recomend this service and company.
