Produkt : Da der Transfer von Spanien aus nach Portugal erfolgte gingen wir davon aus, dass die angegebene Abholzeit in Ortszeit erfolgte. Dies war leider nicht so, so dass wir eine Stunde zu früh am Abholpunkt waren und auch beunruhigt wegen der "Verspätung", da das Ziel ja ein gebuchter Flug war.
Hinzu kam, dass der Fahrer, als er dann "endlich" da war, erst einmal Pause machen musste. Diese Zeit hätte vielleicht nicht unserer Wartezeit zugeschlagen werden müssen.
