One thing to improve is the time estimate of the drive - 1 hour turned out to 2 hours. Luckily I had no rush.

I didn’t wait long for departure around 40 minutes. On my way back to the airport the driver arrived on time. The only issue that I had was I had to call the office to find out what is my pick up time from the hotel to the airport. Everything else was fine. I recommend Shuttle Direct.
