Our hotel had 2 entrances and we were waiting at front main entrance and minibus was at the rear but I got a call straight away to say driver was waiting and problem was solved immediately.hotel said all pickups usually go to the front as this is best as when we arrived at rear on our arrival there was nobody around we had our elderly mums with us and were beginning to get concerned but eventually found a night porter who had been expecting us at the front of hotel as is usual practice so just to bear this in mind for future to avoid same thing happening .to other customers.
