In der Ankunftshalle des Flughafens wurden wir bereits (mit Namensschild) erwartet.
Wir wurden ohne Verzögerung direkt zu unserem Hotel gefahren.
Anstelle des gebuchten PKW erfolgte die Hin-und Rückfahrt mit einem Van.
Die Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend.
Wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden.

V from United StatesAlready knowing transportation from the airport to the hotel and then again from the hotel to the airport was taken care of, we were able to enjoy our time in Mallorca without having to concern ourselves with travel arrangements. Finding the kiosk at the airport was not too difficult and the driver was efficient in loading and dropping off individuals at various locations.

Mr T from United KingdomHave used ShuttleDirect a few times. This booking was even more important than normal as our 30 month old grandson was with us & I needed to ensure we got a proper child seat. The option was not available on the booking but contacted ShuttleDirect & they said I could request it after I had made the booking. Did this & was quoted a minimal price for the car seat. On arrival at Palma airport, the taxi driver was diaplaying my name. Very impressed with the driver & quality of the child seat & minivan for our party of 7. On our return journey, the driver was there on time & once again, the service was excellent. Definitely use them again.
