Mr L from PolandIt would be nice if I could slightly adjust hotel pickup time. Now the system sets the pickup time automatically considering flight departure, it would be useful if there was an option to add/substract for example half an hour.

The service was very good and punctual in a very nic car. We had to change our booking because of the security problem at Luton Airport and did not arrive until the next day and our plane landed about an hour and a half late but was pleased to see that the driver was there to meet us. A good service and I even recommended Shuttle Direct to another guest at our hotel!
