Mr J from United KingdomOnly one small complaint was that finding the desk area for information on our transfer and a Rep to tell us where to get coach was a long hit after landing. Its a fair walk. The return pick up was fine, notified on my mobile and on time. It would be good though to explain that if you fly out of Terminal 1 Barcelona that you need to catch the bus that does all terminal links as it’s a long way from Terminal 2 where the transfer coach drops you.
