Both times the drivers were there on time, met us inside the airport and came into the hotel reception so no problem locating them. They were helpful, carried our bags, lifted them in and out the car and were friendly and cheerful. Cars were clean and air conditioned.

Our plane was delayed by over an hour but this was not an issue for the company waiting for us. Our driver was very welcoming and the Mercedes was a lovely surprise for my friends. The return pickup was just a good. Great service!

Aber unser Fahrer hat pünktlich auf uns am Flughafen gewartet,sodass wir direkt ohne Wartezeit vom Flughafen wegfahren konnten. Wir waren positiv überrascht und würden diesen Service weiterempfehlen.

Mr K from SloveniaVery easy to purchase the transfer from the airport to the hotel. All the instructions are written on the voucher and I easily found my bus at the airport.
Driver of the bus on the way from the airport to the city center did not know the exact way to my hotel and he dropped me off at the wrong one. But luckily my hotel was just around the corner. On the way back to the airport everything was perfect, driver was waiting for me in front of the hotel at agreed time, the bus was equiped with air conditioning and was very clean.
