Dieses lästige Pendeln im Großbus zu jedem Hotel wollten wir uns ersparen. Wir kamen mit einer Stunde Verspätung am Zielflughafen an, hier haben wir schon das erste Mal geschwitzt, ob der Transfer wie gewünscht klappt. Nach Empfang der Koffer wartete der Fahrer bereits mit Namensschild am Ausgang auf uns. Er verstaute zügig die Koffer und innerhalb von 2 Minuten fuhren wir Richtung Hotel. Der Fahrer fuhr uns zügig aber sicher zu unserem Hotel, und wir haben Minimum 45 Minuten Fahrzeit gegenüber dem Sammeltransfer gespart. Alleine das war es uns schon wert. Am Rückreisetag sollte uns der Fahrer laut Voucher um 9:14 Uhr am Hotel abholen. Pünktlich auf die Minute traf der Fahrer ein (übrigens der gleiche Fahrer wie auch bei der Hinfahrt), und brachte uns sicher zum Flughafen. Besser hätte es nicht laufen können. Großes Lob an diesen serviceorientierten Fahrer. Nächstes Jahr werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder einen Privattransfer buchen! Danke dafür!

I conducenti sono bravissimi, ottimi guidatori, fanno tutto da soli, guidano, caricano e scaricano le valige e ti portano o ti ritirano davanti hotel, meritano la mancia. puntuali al ritiro.

Simplemente ir a la oficina del transportista y lo solucionaron con la misma. Mi reconocimiento también al transportista que hizo todo por ayudarnos
