Received emails 2 days before pickup to advice of time. Coach was there early and left at stated time.

Pan J from PolandByło to moje pierwsze doświadczenia z transferem prywatnym. W sumie zdecydowaliśmy się na takie rozwiązanie z powodu późnej godziny przylotu. Nie ukrywam, że miałem obawy czy wszystko będzie OK, a na dodatek mieliśmy opóźniony lot o ok. 40 minut.
Po przylocie w udaliśmy si ę do wyjścia, gdzie czekał Pan kierowca z tabliczką z imieniem i nazwiskiem, który zawiózł nas do hotelu w Calelli.
Podobnie w drodze powrotnej na lotnisko kierowca przyjechał punktualnie.
Samochody nowe, czyste, klimatyzowane, kierowcy w białych koszulach.
Proce rezerwacji bardzo przejrzysty. Po zapłaceniu kartą voucher z numerami kontaktowymi przychodzi na maila, który należy pokazać kierowcy.
Polecam shuttledirect, gdyż transfer odbył się zgodnie z planem i jeżeli będę miał taką konieczność to ponownie z ich usług skorzystam.

Ik ben zeer tevreden over de communicatie en correctheid van dit bedrijf.
Ook op de terugreis waren zij op de vooraf afgesproken tijd aanwezig zonder daar nog contact over te hebben tijdens de vakantie.

Fr. S from GermanyWir haben für den Juni gebucht und bezahlt. Aufgrund von Corona mussten wir stornieren. Das Geld wurde anstandslos zurückgezahlt. 10 € wurden einbehalten. Bei einer längeren Fahrt im Wert von 244 € finde ich das in Ordnung. Wenn wir die Tour nächstes Jahr nachholen, würde ich wieder dort buchen..
