Mrs M from UkraineWe booked a late evening transfer for a group of 10 from Barcelona to Calafell. Our flight was delayed for 40 minutes and our driver has been waiting for us. He was a pleasant man willing to help and had a bery good English. The minibus suited our group perfectly, even with baby seats, spacy and clean. The one thing was that the driver couldn’t find the key collection point but I helped him to find in on Google maps, so my advice is to learn your destination point using Google street views. Not all drivers know the towns and cities well. The communication with online help and driver was extremely good. Woukd definetely use it again!

The plane was late, so was the luggage, but I called the emergency number, and the driver waited until we was ready. Nice welcome and good help with the luggage, and he waited patiently while I had to go back for the childrens wheel- trolley

The return driver however, was early, he obtained permission to park directly outside the hotel and we arrived at the airport early. Your feedback to me would be welcome.
